Our Foundations for Health class has been successful
every month in Tucumcari. We are enjoying each class.
In May, we talked about coping with stress. We covered
many achievable ways of dealing with life stress. Almost
everytime anyone is suffering from anxiety or stress,
there is usually an emotional factor involved like anger
or jealousy.

We had another pleasant herbal class with the Santa Rosa
Middle School. There was even the great granddaughter of
the curandera mentioned in Rudolfo Anaya's book Bless
Me Ultima, a great read on herbs and curandisimo, in
attendance from Puerta de Luna.
